It begins by examining the crucial role of people in business environments and questioning the fundamental purpose of businesses and the need for agility. You'll then delve into the history of traditional organisations and their links to capitalism, introducing the concepts of responsible business and corporate social responsibility. The focus is on aligning purpose with motivation for sustainable success, showing how financial success can be linked to positive societal impact and ethical business practices.
