Why do some teams shine, while others fall apart? What are the key ingredients of a high performing team? And why does trust matter in teams?

In this course, 'Exploring Teamwork' you will discover the answers to these questions and more. You'll be introduced to a range of key insights that will help you to build, maintain, participate and lead high-performing teams. You will explore the psychological and relational aspects of group dynamics and teamwork, and how these can influence team behaviour, team happiness and, ultimately, team success. And you'll discover the many benefits that agility has to play within a team - from improving psychological safety to supporting autonomy, innovation and collaboration.

You will have the chance to apply your learning through a range of interactive individual and team-based exercises, that have been designed to improve many of the key aspects essential to great teamwork, from building trust and conflict resolution, to improving your interpersonal skills, such as emotional intelligence, self-awareness and reflective listening.
